摘要 为了研究钢筋约束浆锚搭接连接的施工工艺和可靠性,设计制作了144个钢筋约束浆锚搭接连接的钢筋搭接试件。对其中72个试件进行了单向拉伸试验,对其余72个试件进行了高应力反复拉压试验,试验中综合考虑了纵向钢筋直径、纵向钢筋搭接长度、箍筋体积配筋率、混凝土强度等不同因素对其破坏机理和粘结强度的影响。试验结果表明,钢筋约束浆锚搭接连接施工方便、连接可靠,是当前预制装配式剪力墙体系中较可靠的钢筋连接形式之一。 In order to investigate the reliability and construction method of constraint grout-filled lap connection of steel bars,a total of 144 specimens were designed and tested. Half of them were tested under unidirectional tension and the other half were tested under repeated tension and compression under high stress in steel bars. The influences of experimental parameters on the failure mechanism and bond strength of grout-filled lap connection of steel bars were studied including bar diameter of longitudinal steel,bar lapping length of longitudinal steel,volume reinforcement ratio of stirrup and concrete strength. The experimental results indicate that the constraint grout-filled lap connection for steel bars is simple and reliable for construction,and is one of the best steel bar connection forms in precast concrete shear wall structure.
