摘要
针对贵阳花果园项目N区双子塔外框-核心筒结构,利用贵州地区砂、石材料研究了C70高强大流态免振机制砂混凝土,通过U形漏斗、C形箱、全量检测等试验方式,经过多次反复试验,找出最佳工作性能和水粉比、单位体积浆体量的关系及砂率对高强、自密实混凝土最佳工作性能和强度的影响关系,最终优化配制出了优质的高强大流态免振机制砂混凝土,具有施工方便、节能、环保等特点,解决了复杂超高层建筑结构核心筒、外框架劲性钢柱结构转换层钢筋密集及混凝土无法振捣的难题。
According to the frame-core wall structural system of twin towers in Huaguoyuan project N District,C70 highstrength,large flow state and vibration-free concrete with manufactured sand was studied using sand and stone materials in Guizhou. Test ways of U-shaped hopper,C-shaped box and the whole amount detection were used to find out the relationship between the best workability and parameters of water-cement ratio and unit volume of mortar after repeated tests and the influence of the sand ratio on the best workability and strength of high-strength and self-compacting concrete.Finally,high-strength,large flow state and vibration-free concrete was optimized and compounded with characteristics of convenient construction,energy conservation and environmental protection. The problems of difficult to vibrate the concrete due to dense steel bars in transfer layer of outer frame rigid steel structure and core wall of complex super-tall building structure were solved.
