摘要
冷成型焊接圆钢管的径厚比过小会使钢管材料产生较强的冷作硬化效应,强度提高而延性、韧性与焊接性能下降。结合钢管标准的制定,对钢管径厚比的合理限值及径厚比与钢材伸长率的相关关系进行了研究与探讨,分析认为设定钢管中保有延伸率来确定其径厚比限值是较合理的方法。同时,对径厚比验证性试验数据进行的研究和分析表明,当冷成型圆管(Q345)的径厚比为15时,钢管材料强度提高而延性、韧性与焊接性能均有较大幅度下降。
Cold-formed welded circular steel tube with too small diameter-thickness ratio,which has strong cold-hardening effect on the steel tube material,has improved strength and degraded ductility,toughness and welding performance.Combined with the formulation of a piece of steel pipe standard,relationships between reasonable limited value and diameter-thickness ratio of the tube and steel elongation were studied and discussed. It was pointed out that to reserve the necessary percentage elongation may be a reasonable method for limited value of the diameter-thickness ratio. Meanwhile,the study and analysis of examined test data on diameter-thickness ratio show that when the diameter-thickness ratio of Q345cold-formed circular steel tube equals 15,the strength of the steel tube material increases but ductility,toughness and weld ability decrease with a large range.
