Structural design on production dispatching building of Gansu Branch Company of China Mobile

摘要 本工程主体结构高68.1m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。存在扭转不规则、平面开大洞、竖向收进等多项平面及竖向不规则,属于复杂超限高层。介绍了本工程针对结构多项超限所采取的对策、多遇地震下结构整体弹性计算分析结果、罕遇地震下结构动力弹塑性时程分析结果和型钢混凝土墙柱设计及梁与柱连接节点设计。结果表明,提高结构的抗震性能目标、增强结构的抗扭刚度和竖向不规则部位的强度及延性,可保证结构的抗震安全性。 The project adopts structural system of reinforced concrete frame-shear wall with structural height of 68. 1m. The building is a complex out-of-code high-rise structure with plane and vertical irregularities including torsion irregularity,large openings in plane and vertical setback. Countermeasures to solve the above problems were introduced as well as the elastic calculation results of the whole structure under the frequent earthquake,elasto-plastic time-history analysis results under the rare earthquake,SRC design of shear wall and column and beam-column joint design. The results show that the increase of performance-based seismic design objectives can develop the torsional stiffness of the structure as well as the strength and ductility of vertical irregular parts,which can ensure the seismic safety of the structure.
