喀什国际免税广场塔楼结构体系设计与研究

摘要 喀什国际免税广场由两栋58层、结构高度均为255m的超高层A,B塔楼及22.8m高的4层商业裙房组成。塔楼与裙房之间地面以上设防震缝分开。着重介绍塔楼结构体系由混合结构到钢结构的演变历程、设计面临的挑战,并按抗震概念设计思想有针对性地采取结构加强措施,最终形成了钢框架角部带支撑的密柱外筒-钢框架支撑内筒的筒中筒结构体系。分析结果表明:最终采用的结构体系在水平地震作用下,内、外筒剪力分配合理,符合多道抗震防线的概念设计,结构的周期比、剪重比、层间位移角、稳定性等均满足规范要求。 Kashi International Duty-Free Plaza consists of two 58-story super high-rise towers( Tower A & B) and 4-story commercial podium with the tower structure height of 255 m and the podium height of 22. 8m. Seismic joints are set between the tower and the podium aboveground. The evolution of tower structural system from mixed structure to steel structure,challenges for the design and structure strengthening measures according to the seismic conceptual design theory were introduced,finally to form the structural system of close-column external tube of steel frame with corner bracing-inner tube of steel frame with bracing. Analyses results show that adopted structural system under horizontal seismic action has reasonable distributions of shear forces for the internal and external tube,according with the seismic concept of multi-line design. The period ratio,shear-weight ratio,story drift,stability of the structure can satisfy the requirements of specifications.
