摘要
介绍了金华万达广场大底盘地下室基础利用岩层埋深较浅的自然条件采用岩石锚杆均匀布置于地下室底板下的抗浮设计过程。与传统的抗拔桩(锚杆)集中布置在柱承台下的抗浮设计相比,该设计具有减少地下底板配筋量、降低造价的优点。并采用MIDAS/Gen有限元软件对地下室底板的变形进行分析,结果表明,地下室底板变形量均小于锚杆达到极限抗拔承载力时锚杆弹性位移量,设计满足现行规范要求。
With consideration of shallow bedrocks,anti-floating design of a large podium basement which adopts rock bolts arranged under basement base slab uniformly was introduced for Wanda Plaza in Jinhua. Different from traditional anti-floating design with uplift piles( bolts) arranged under the column cushion cap intensively,the design would reduce reinforcement quantity of base slab and reduce the cost. The deformation analysis of basement base slab by finite element software MIDAS / Gen was carried out. Results indicate that the deformation of base slab is smaller than elastic deformation of bolt in ultimate uplift bearing capacity state and the design satisfies the requirements of current codes.
