多层砌体房屋抗震鉴定方法的改进 被引量:3

Development on seismic appraisal method of multi-story masonry buildings

摘要 近年来,对考虑后续使用年限来确定抗震鉴定设防标准的研究进行了不少,这些研究成果已被纳入现行国家标准《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 50023—2009)中,体现在可根据不同的后续使用年限对地震作用进行折减、抗震构造要求也可适当放松。对抗震鉴定标准中多层砌体房屋抗震鉴定时的抗震墙基准面积率沿革进行了总结,对各个版本抗震鉴定标准中地震作用折减系数特别是现行《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 50023—2009)中不同鉴定方法的地震作用折减系数进行了对比,并结合算例分析,提出了存在的一些问题及改进建议。讨论了多层砌块类房屋的抗震横墙间距限值、房屋宽度限值以及按综合抗震能力指数进行抗震鉴定时存在的问题,推导出了相应的计算公式,并给出了进一步的研究建议,为下次抗震鉴定标准的修订提供了参考。 In recent years,a lot of researches on seismic fortification about existing buildings based on continuous seismic service life were carried out. The research results have been reflected in the current national standard Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings( GB 50023—2009),such as the seismic action reduction and different seismic measures according to continuous seismic working life. The development of characteristic ratio of seismic wall of multi-story masonry buildings in seismic appraisal was summarized,then the seismic action reduction coefficient in different versions of seismic appraisal standards,especially,the seismic action reduction coefficient obtained by different appraisal methods in the current national standard Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings( GB 50023—2009) was compared. Some problems were found and suggestions were also put forward by analysis of calculation cases. The limitation values of seismic transversal wall space and width of longitudinal wall,existing problems in seismic appraisal of masonry block multi-story accroding to compound seismic capability were also discussed. The calculation formulas were derived,and further research suggestions were put forward,which provides reference for the next revision of the standard.
