摘要
某地上25层的高层老年公寓建筑,采用预制装配整体式框架-现浇剪力墙结构体系。水平构件采用叠合梁、板,竖向构件采用预制框架柱;楼梯、阳台栏板、空调机隔墙板等均采用预制装配构件。同时对预制构件的形式、连接方式进行了改进及创新。围护结构采用轻质复合墙体,整体建筑实现了无砌筑、无抹灰施工。该工程具有较好的综合经济效益与社会效益,为高层建筑工业化创新的典型范例。
A twenty-five storey high-rise apartment building for the elderly adopts the precast and assembled monolithic frame-shear wall structural system. Composite beam and slab were designed as the horizontal members of the building,and prefabricated frame columns were designed as the vertical members,while all stairs,balcony breast boards and air conditioner partition boards were prefabricated. The prefabricated form and connection style of precast elements were improved and innovated at the same time. Lightweight composite walls were made as the maintenance structure. The whole construction process was without masonry and plaster. This project had good comprehensive social and economic benefits,which is a successful example of high-rise residential building industrialization.
