摘要 嘉德艺术中心采用钢板混凝土核心筒-钢框架结构体系。由于建筑空间要求,大部分框架柱不能贯通,四个核心筒为主要的传递竖向荷载和抗侧力构件。5~8层平面外扩,通过大跨度悬挑桁架支承,平面四周设置大跨度空腹桁架。通过对结构进行整体计算分析,保证了主体结构特别是钢板混凝土核心筒满足相应的抗震性能目标。介绍了钢板混凝土组合剪力墙的计算方法、应用经验,以及悬挑桁架在竖向地震作用下的响应的计算方法和防倒塌设计。比较了在大跨、大悬挑区域设置质量调谐消能器(TMD)前后楼板的竖向振动响应,结果表明在舒适度设计中,TMD的设置具有明显的减震效果。 Guardian Art Center adopts composite steel plate concrete corewall-steel frame structural system. In order to satisfy the requirement of architectural space,most of frame columns can not be through to the foundation and four corewall structures are the main structure to transfer vertical loads and resist lateral forces. Due to the plan expanding outwards in 5to 8 floors,the floors are supported with large-span cantilever trusses and large-span vierendeel trusses around the plane.Through the analysis of the whole structure,seismic performance targets of the main structure,especially the steel plate concrete corewall,were ensured to meet the corresponding seismic behavior goals. The calculation method and application experience of steel plate concrete composite shear wall were introduced as well as the calculation method and progressive design of the cantilever trusses under vertical seismic actions. The vertical vibration responses of the TMD in the large-span and large-cantilever area were compared,which indicates that the setting of the TMD has a significant effect on the energy dissipation in design of comfort degree.
