摘要
中山灯饰商城塔楼高度184m,结构体系采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒。结构属超B级高度的高层建筑,且存在多项超限项。本文针对塔楼结构特点,就本工程的风荷载取值、超限处理措施、抗侧力构件类型选取以及结构方案的优化比较进行了分析。
Zhongshan International Lighting City is 184 meters high,which is reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure.The structure is the super B height,and there are a number of items overrun. According to the characteristics of the tower,chose of the wind load,ultralimit seismic design,the structural scheme selection and optimization were discussed.
