摘要
位于7度(0.15g)地区的某塔楼,高142.65m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。其高宽比为7.03>6(高规限值),通过设置剪力墙筒体来增强结构的抗侧刚度。为使墙肢在中震不屈服下的拉应力处于合理区间,需要不断调整剪力墙和框架地震作用的分担比例,最终使结构布局更加合理。同时也进一步说明抗震性能设计对于超限工程设计的必要性。
A tower is in 7. 5 regions of earthquake intensity category,which is the height of 142. 65 m,and adopts frameshear wall. The depth-width ratio would be 7. 03 > 0. 6 which is the limit in technical specification for concrete structures of tall building,the lateral stiffness was enhanced by setting core tube. The tensil stress is reasonable with the ratio of seismic load between shear and frame being continuously adjusted,so is the structure layout. This shows that seismic performance design of structure is necessary for a ultra-limit building.
