摘要
杭州银泰城位于杭州市拱墅区,是集多种功能于一体的城市综合体,属复杂超限高层建筑工程,具有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、构件间断等多种不规则项,为此进行了性能化抗震设计。结合整个项目的特点,介绍了该项目结构设计方法、项目重点和难点及技术解决措施。
Hangzhou INTIME City is an urban complex located in Gongshu District Hangzhou City. It's an out-of-order structure having irregular torsion,discontinuous floors and discontinuous members etc. Performance-based design of seismic had been carried out. Characteristics of the project,critical items,analysis method and the corresponding structural solution were described.
