上下同步逆作法核心筒剪力墙托换技术数值模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 上下同步逆作施工中核心筒剪力墙下托梁在整个施工过程中存在着施工复杂且危险性高、控制难度大等问题。为了进一步了解上下同步逆作施工核心筒剪力墙托换技术,并且寻求整个施工过程中剪力墙下托梁和支撑格构柱的受力、沉降特征,结合上海国际旅游度假区核心区管理中心工程项目,应用MIDAS/Gen有限元分析软件对整个施工过程的不同工况建立模型,进行详细的施工过程模拟分析,数据处理,从不同角度总结托梁和支撑格构柱在整个施工过程中不同阶段的受力特征,为今后上下同步逆作核心筒剪力墙下托梁的设计、施工提供参考,具有重要的理论和实际意义。 The joist under the core tube shear was constructed throughout the process,which is complex and has a high risk,difficult to control and so on in the synchronous top-down construction. In order to further understand the technology of shear wall underpinning of core tube in the synchronous top-down construction method and to further understand the force and settlement feature of the joist and support lattice columns under shear throughout the construction process,combined with Shanghai International Tourism Resort Core Area Management Centre project,the MIDAS / Gen finite element analysis software was applied to build model of different operating conditions throughout the construction process.The detailed construction process simulation analysis,data processing were carried out from different angles summarize joists and support trellis column force characteristics at different stages throughout the construction process,which provides a reference for the joist under the core tube shear design and construction and has important theoretical and practical significance.
