摘要
本塔楼房屋高度149.6m,属B级高度超限高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。基于抗震性能设计的要求,本工程采用SAUSAGE软件对塔楼进行大震弹塑性时程分析,获得了结构层间位移角、层间剪力的分布规律及各构件损伤分布情况。同时对大震下的特殊构件,如开大洞的楼板、跃层柱等进行了补充计算与分析。根据大震分析的结果,对结构薄弱部位有针对性的采取了抗震加强措施,结构整体上能够满足预期性能目标D的要求。
In this project,the height of building is 149. 6m,falling into a B-class high-rise building,and a frame-core tube structure is chosen. Based on the seismic performance of the design requirements,an elastic-plastic time history of analysis of the overall model was performed by the programs of SAUSAGE under the rare earthquake,and the distribution law were obtained in some of major indicators including displacement angle and shear between the structural layer,the damage of concrete members. In addition,detailed supplementary analyses were performed for some special members,such as the floor slab with large opening and columns beyond several floors. According to the result of analysis,some strengthening measures were taken for the weak regions and the structural overall expected performance can satisfy the requirement of D-level performance goal.
