摘要
国内外的工程师对于基于性能的地震工程风险评估方法有许多研究,但始终无法确定一个统一的标准,致使不同的建筑结构有很多不同的评估方法,某种单一的结构也存在多种不同的抗震性能评估方法。而且仅仅根据工程参数来解释建筑破坏程度及使用性能不能使所有的利益相关者理解。如果用金额损失的多少来表示工程经济风险就能使更多的人明白风险的大小。因此,应该提出一种可以将系统承载力需求与经济风险联系起来的方法,而本文正是综述了几种自然灾害所引起的经济风险的评估方法,如:增量动力分析法(IDA)、对受震结构性能的评估方法(ATC-58)、PEER四重积分法。
There are many domestic and foreign engineers for earthquake engineering research performance based on risk assessment methodologies,but never been able to determine a uniform standard,resulting in different structures there are many different methods of evaluation,there is some kind of unitary structure a variety of different seismic performance evaluation methods. And just to explain the extent of the damage and the use of building performance according to the project parameters,you can not make all the stakeholders understand. If the number represents the amount of loss to the economic risk if the project can make more people understand the size of the risk. Therefore,we should propose a system of demand and economic risk bearing capacity can be linked to the method,and economic risk assessment methods are reviewed article is caused by several natural disasters,such as: incremental dynamic analysis( IDA),by the earthquake on the structural performance of assessment methods( ATC-58),PEER quadruple integration.
