摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件对张之洞与近代工业博物馆部分复杂节点进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,梁柱连接节点处应合理设置加劲肋,从而保证节点处的承载能力;桁架结构中,腹杆和弦杆宜尽量等宽,弦杆内加劲肋可采用两面或三面焊接。通过对复杂节点进行有限元分析,可以更加直观地了解节点处应力应变分布情况,从而更加合理的进行节点设计。
Partial complex joints of Zhang Zhidong and modern industrial museum were analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS. The analysis results show that beam column joint should reasonable setting stiffening rib,thereby ensuring joint capacity. Truss structure,brace and chord should be as far as possible the same width,chord inner stiffening rib can adopt two or three surface welding. Based on the complex joint finite element analysis,the stress and strain distribution of joints can be more intuitive understand,so that can make more reasonable joints design.
