某老旧砌体住宅楼抗震鉴定与加固方法研究

以北京市一栋典型老旧小区砌体住宅为例,介绍了抗震措施鉴定和承载力验算的基本方法和内容。详细阐述了分别采用混凝土面层加固和外扩混凝土剪力墙两种方法加固处理的特点、性能、关键节点做法及施工要点。并着重介绍了外扩式加固方法不用入户施工,该方法具有建设周期短、便于推广的特点,相关内容可供同类工程参考。

Based on the typical old district masonry house of Beijing as an example,the aseismic measures identification and bearing capacity calculation of the basic method and typical content were introduced. Expounds on the concrete pavement reinforcement and external expansion were used respectively to the characteristics of the two methods of reinforcement concrete shear wall,performance,key nodes and construction key points. And the exterior expansion reinforcing method without entering a construction was emphatically introduced,this method has characteristics of short construction period and easy to promote. Relevant content can provide a reference for the similar projects.
