摘要
某大跨输煤栈桥采用下悬钢网架结构,该栈桥出现挠曲变形过大现象。通过现场对该网架结构进行截面尺寸、焊缝质量、锈蚀程度等参数的检测,建立考虑结构现状的有限元模型,并利用该模型对结构进行分析与承载力验算,分析了栈桥挠曲变形过大的原因,并提出了处理方案。
A large span coal conveying trestle takes suspended steel grid structure,which arises phenomenon of excessive deflection deformation. Such parameters as sectional dimension,weld quality,and degree of corrosion of the grid structure were detected,the finite element model considering structural current situations was established,analysis and bearing capacity of the structure was carried out by the finite element model,the reasons for excessive deflection deformation was analyzed,and the treatment scheme was put forward.
