摘要
介绍了《蒸压加气混凝土砌块、板材构造》(13J104)编制的背景资料,明确了加气混凝土承重墙的适用高度及加气混凝土产品应用于钢结构体系的适用条件,解析了加气混凝土墙体开裂的原因及防止措施,提出了加气混凝土板材的配筋改进方式及其适用于高层建筑外墙的新型连接节点做法。针对加气混凝土板进行了多组试验,试验成果为图集的编制提供了技术数据支撑。
The compilation background of Autoclaved aerated concrete block and slabs( 13J104) was described,which gave a clear applicable height of aerated concrete bearing wall and applicable conditions of aerated concrete products used in steel structural system. It interprets the mechanisms of aerated concrete wall cracking and prevention measures,it also proposes some new advanced methods of improving reinforcement arrangement of aerated concrete slab. New types of connecting joint of aerated concrete slab for high-rise building external wall were designed. A series of experiments for aerated concrete slab were carried out,and the test achievements provide reliable technical data to the atlas.
