某钢框架-钢筋混凝土双筒结构分析设计

摘要 深圳建行大厦塔楼高度约217m,带有4层裙房,塔楼采用钢框架-钢筋混凝土双筒结构体系,两筒分别位于平面东西两侧。结构存在多项超限项。针对塔楼结构特点,就本工程结构选型、楼盖舒适度、构件稳定性进行了分析。分析结果表明结构设计满足规范的相关要求。 Shenzhen CCB Building is 217 meters high with 4 floors podium. The tower is steel frame concrete core tube structure with two tubes,which are lies on the west and east of the plan. The structure has a number of items overrun.According to the characteristics of the tower,the structral form selection,floor system comfort and component stability were discussed. The analysis results show that the structural design meets the requirements of the specification.
