摘要
在超高层建筑的结构设计中,选择合理高效的抗侧力体系不但可以节约材料用量、缩短工期,还可以增加楼层的有效使用面积。型钢混凝土柱(SRC柱)和钢管混凝土柱(CFT柱)是超高层建筑中两种常用的框架柱截面类型,两者的力学性能、施工性能和经济性能等各有优劣。以某300m高超高层建筑为案例,分别采用型钢混凝土柱和钢管混凝土柱两种框架柱截面,从受力性能、工程造价、防火防腐性能、施工性能、质量检测和节点构造等方面比较了两种方案的优劣性,相关结论供同行在实际工程的框架柱方案选型时参考。
In the structural design of super tall buildings,choosing a reasonable lateral resisting system can not only reduce the material consumptions and shorten the construction period,but also can increase the effective use of floor space. The steel reinforced concrete column(SRC column) and concrete filled steel tubular column(CFT column) are two commonly used types of frame columns in super tall buildings,and either of them has its advantages and disadvantages on mechanical properties,construction performances,and economic performances. A 300 meters high super tall building which adopts two frame columns,SRC column and CFT column,was employed to study the advantages and disadvantages of two schemes on mechanical properties,construction cost,corrosion protective and fire resistant,construction performances,quality inspection and joint structure. Relevant conclusions can be referenced by engineers for the scheme selection of frame columns in the structural design of super tall buildings.
