摘要
顺德绿地商业中心项目5#楼总高度229.6m,采用了框架-核心筒结构体系。分析了结构的超限情况并确定了抗震性能目标,采用了基于性能的抗震设计方法,对结构进行了小震弹性、中震等效弹性计算及大震下的弹塑性时程分析及转换桁架节点的有限元分析。以上分析可保证结构实现预先设定的抗震性能目标。
The 5# tower of the Greenland Business Center in Shunde City is 229. 6m-height with RC frame-core structure system. The seismic performance objectives are determined. Performances of the structure were verified based on bearing capacity and deformation under different levels,including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake,unyielding analysis under intermediate earthquake,the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Key joints of the conversion truss are researched by finite element analysis. The above analysis is to accomplish the expected seismic performance objectives.
