摘要
干式电抗器是变电站中的复杂电气设备,与其他设备相比这种设备在地震作用下的动力响应更为复杂。对由复合材料构成支撑结构的110k V干式电抗器进行抗震性能振动台试验研究,通过白噪声扫频和抗震试验,测定设备频率、阻尼以及关键部位的位移、应变和加速度响应,研究电抗器设备在地震作用下的地震响应规律。试验结果表明:复合材料电抗器设备在试验前后,频率、阻尼等动力特性变化较大;在不同强度地震波作用下设备的地震响应基本呈线性变化,结构基本呈线性特性;设备最大应变发生在设备支架根部,设备支架根部为最危险截面;复合材料由于刚度较弱,地震位移响应较大,在判定设备抗震性能时应考虑位移响应对设备电气功能的影响。
Dry type of reactor is the complex electrical equipment in substation; Compared with other equipment,the dynamic response of the device is more complicated under seismic action. Shaking table test was developed on seismic performance of 110 k V dry type of reactor whose supporting structure is composite material. The equipment frequency,damp,the displacement of some key parts,strain and acceleration were measured through white noise frequency sweep and seismic test. Through the seismic test the influencing mechanism of reactor on the seismic response was obtained. The test results show that the dynamic characteristics such as frequency,damping of composite material electrical equipment change significant before and after the test; the seismic response of the device change linear under the action of seismic wave in different strength,the structure is linear characteristic; the largest strains occur at the root of equipment trestle,and the cross section placed the root of equipment trestle is the most dangerous; and displacement response is bigger because of weak stiffness,when we determine seismic performance of the equipment that the effect of displacement response on the equipment electrical function should be considered.
