摘要
《压水堆核电厂核安全有关的混凝土结构设计要求》(NB/T 20012—2010)中规定了压水堆核电站混凝土结构的构造要求,同《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)中的规定基本相同。《美国核安全相关混凝土结构规范》(ACI 349-13)中亦有核安全相关混凝土结构的构造要求规定。以上述三本规范为基础,结合其他规范及手册,比较了中、美两国核电厂钢筋混凝土结构设计规范中关于混凝土保护层、钢筋锚固、钢筋连接、钢筋间距等构造方面的规定,便于设计、施工人员在国内在建AP1000三代核电站设计和施工中参考,以便设计、施工人员在保证安全的前提下进行材料替换等工作,也为国家标准《核电厂混凝土结构技术标准》的编制提供参考。从对比结果看,美国核电厂钢筋混凝土结构的构造要求是严于我国目前的核电厂规定的。
Design requirements for nuclear safety related concrete structure for pressure water reactor nuclear power plant(NB/T 20012—2010) provides the detailing requirements for nuclear power plants,which is basically same as required in Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010—2010). And Code requirements for nuclear safety-related concrete structures and commentary(ACI 349-13) also stipulates the detailing requirements for nuclear power plants. The requirements of concrete cover,anchorage of steel reinforcement,splices of reinforcement,and distance between reinforcements were compared and analyzed,which can be referred for design and construction for nuclear power plants,and material substitute with safe,also can be referred by the drafting group of code 'the technical standard for nuclear plant concrete structure'. The requirements of detailing requirements for nuclear power plants in ACI are more strictly than NB/T 20012—2010 and GB 50010—2010.
