摘要
大型公共建筑通常用地面积较大,并且因其功能需求而被广泛设计成更大空间、更大跨度。大跨度建筑物的立柱基础往往会结合地质条件、荷载设计及技术经济性等多方面因素而选用不同的基础类型,按照规范要求应进行差异沉降核算。以中国西部国际博览城(一期)项目的工程实践为例,深入分析了同一大跨度结构单元采用不同基础型式时的差异沉降问题,并对比分析其理论计算与实际观测结果,为后续类似工程提供经验与参考。
Large public buildings usually occupy large land area,and are widely designed to be larger space and larger span based on functional requirements. The column foundation of large span structures are often designed with different foundation types,which combined with geological conditions,load design and technical & economic etc. According to specification requirement,differential settlements should be checked. Taking the engineering practices of Western China International Expo City as an example,the differential settlements of one large span structure unit which used different foundation types were deeply analyzed,and the theoretical calculation and actual observation results were comparatively analyzed,to provide experience and reference for the follow-up similar projects.
