摘要
三亚阳光金融广场主塔楼高度为161.50m,为框架核心筒结构。介绍了基础选型、桩端桩侧联合后注浆工艺及其效益、变刚度调平设计、抗浮设计新方法。着重阐述了塔楼结构设计的关键问题,如如何避免结构超限的措施、高位托柱转换设计、如何避免局部小夹层刚度突变的设计方法,以及钢管混凝土柱与钢筋混凝土梁、钢骨梁的节点设计情况。
The Sanya Sunshine Financial Plaza with the height of 161.50 meter,adopts frame-core wall structure.The foundation selection,post grouting technique of pile and its benefit,variable stiffness design,new method of anti floating design were introduced.And then the key problems of structural design were emphatically described,such as the measures to avoid the out-of-code structure,the design of bearing column transfer,the design method of avoiding stiffness mutation caused by local local interlayer,and the joint design between concrete filled steel tube column and reinforced concrete beam,and steel reinforced beam.
