摘要
南京招商G16项目办公楼地上33层,结构主屋面高度151.5m,属于B级高度超限高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。针对结构存在的多种超限问题,通过设定合理的抗震性能目标,采用不同软件对其进行小震弹性分析、中震弹性和不屈服验算,以及大震静力弹塑性时程分析。根据计算与分析结果,对结构受力复杂部位以及薄弱部位采取相应抗震加强措施,以实现预期的性能目标,保证工程结构安全。
The Zhaoshang G16 office building in Nanjing has 33 floors,the main roof height of the building is 151.5 m,belonging to the B class of high-rise buildings,and using the frame core tube structure system.Aiming at the problems of the limit of the structure,the reasonable seismic performance target was set up,difference software were used to carry out structure analysis including small earthquakes in the seismic elastic analysis,secismic elastic and calulation yield not to flame static elastic-plastic time history analysis.According to the calculation and analysis of the results,take the corresponding seismic strengthening measures to the complex parts of the engineering stress and the weak parts,in order to achieve the desired performance objectives,to ensure the safety of engineering structure.
