摘要
鄂尔多斯东方大厦Ⅰ期地上34层,主楼结构高度148m,底部设置5层裙房,采用框架-核心筒结构体系,地上结构大结构平面尺寸103m×67m。首先结合建筑方案说明了地上结构防震缝设置方案比选及主体结构体系选型。随后,对主体结构进行了超限判别,并依据判别结果系统介绍了针对结构超高、扭转不规则、楼板不连续不规则及穿层柱不规则选用的设计措施。最后,对结构超限设计相关补充计算进行了重点介绍。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
Ordos Oriental Building Phase I with the maximum height of 148 m and 34 floors on the grand,uses the framecore tube structure system and a podium with 5 floors is affiliated,and the maximum plane dimension of the ground structure is 103 m×67 m.Firstly,combined architecture scheme,the structural segmentation principle and the structural system selection of the main structure was explained.Then,the overtake judgment of the main structure was operated and the design measures about the height beyond code limits,the reverse irregularity,the discontinuous floor irregularity and the jump pillar irregularity of the structure were introduced systematically.Finally,we state the supplementary calculation related to structure beyond code limits particularly.Research and design results show that,by using reasonable design measures,the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled,and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards.The structure is safe,reliable and the structural design is feasible.
