南京苏宁滨江公寓超限高层结构设计

Structural design for super high-rise building of suning binjiang apartment in Nanjing

摘要 南京苏宁滨江住宅小区地上有三栋相同的超高层公寓,公寓主屋面高141.8m,一栋3层框架结构的会所,整体一层为地下车库及配套用房。介绍了该项目的设计方法及过程,包括地下室设计、超限情况、荷载取值情况及具体计算分析。为了满足抗震需要,采用SATWE及ETABS软件进行了小震弹性反应谱分析和弹性时程分析、中震性能化设计及大震弹塑性动力时程分析。同时结合项目特点,对地下室相关范围内顶板进行部分抬升,合理设置嵌固端;利用支护桩进行抗浮;针对超限情况,采取相应的抗震措施,并对计算分析出的薄弱部位进行了针对性加强。 Nanjing Suning Binjiang residential area has three same high-rise apartments with main roof high 141.8 m,a three-story frame structure,a one-story underground garage and some supporting houses.The method and process of this project design were introduced,including the design of the basement,the out-codes,the load value and the calculation and analysis.In order to meet the need of earthquake resistance,the software of SATWE and ETABS were used to analyze the elastic response spectrum of small earthquake,the elastic time history analysis,the seismic performance design and the dynamic time history analysis of the large earthquake.At the same time,according to the features of the project,uplift roof on the basement of the relevant range,set reasonable fixed end;anti-float using the shoring piles;take corresponding measures for the seismic weak parts according to the situation,the calculation and analysis are made in terms of strengthening.
