宁波保丰大厦结构设计与分析

Structural design and analysis of Ningbo Baofeng Building

摘要 宁波保丰大厦地上最高24层,主体结构最大高度98m,地上划分为6个结构单体,依据结构高度和建筑平面布置,分别选用框架、框架-剪力墙和框架-核心筒结构体系,最大结构平面尺寸194m×172m。首先结合建筑方案说明了结构分缝原则和各单体结构体系选型。随后系统介绍了项目设计过程中针对各结构扭转不规则项和穿层柱不规则项选用的设计措施。同时,结合单体情况对框架、框架-剪力墙、框架-核心筒3种结构体系及不同结构高度的经济性影响做了对比分析。最后,对基础方案进行了重点说明。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。 Ningbo Baofeng Building with the maximum height of 98 m and 4 ~ 24 floors is cut into 6 structural monomers,and adopts the frame structure system,the frame-shear wall structure system and the frame-core tube structure respectively and the maximum plane dimension is 194 m × 172 m.Firstly,combined architecture scheme,the structural segmentation principle and the structural system selection of the main structure was explained.Then,the design measures about the plane irregularity and the jump pillar irregularity of the structure were systematically introduced.At the same time,the economic analysis of three kinds of structural systems of frame,frame-shear wall and frame-core tube was made with the monomer situation.Finally,the selection of the based scheme was emphatically presented.Research and design results show that by using reasonable computational measures and design measures,the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled,and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards.The structure is safe,reliable and the structural design is feasible.
