摘要
某服务楼结构高68.5m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,塔楼偏置于裙房一侧,同时裙房屋面开设有洞口。对该结构进行了时程分析、楼板应力分析,同时进行了静力弹塑性分析。通过计算分析并针对薄弱部位采取相应的加强措施后,本工程抗震性能满足规范要求,相关结论可供同类工程参考。
Concrete frame-shearwall structure is adopted in a service building of 68.5 meters height.The tower with setback locates at one corner of the podium,which owns roof floor with openings.Time-history analysis,slab stress analysis and pushover analysis were carried out.The seismic performance of the structure meets the requirements of relevant codes and standards after some effective measures based on the analysis results were taken to strengthen the weak parts.The results will be useful for similar projects.
