Structural design and analysis of a multi tower structure beyond code limits in Beijing

摘要 北京某多塔超限建筑地上13层,主体结构高度最大58.4m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,5层以上为多塔结构。首先结合建筑方案、结构合理性及经济性分析说明了主体结构的体系选型方案。随后对主体结构进行了超限判别,并依据判别结果系统介绍了针对结构扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、多塔及树形柱选用的设计措施。最后对结构设计阶段经济性估算结果进行了重点介绍。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。 A multi tower structure beyond code limits in Beijing with the maximum height of 58.4 m and 13 floors on the ground,adopts the frame-shear wall structure system and is a multi tower structure with five floors above.Firstly,combined architecture scheme,rationality analysis and economic analysis,the structural system selection of the main structure was explained.Then the overtake judgment of the main structure was operated and the design measures about the reverse irregularity,the uneven irregularities,the discontinuous floor irregularity,the multi tower irregularity and the tree column irregularity of the structure were introduced systematically.Finally,the economic estimates in the structural design stage particularly were introduced.Research and design results show that,by using reasonable design measures,the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled,and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards.The structure is safe,reliable,and the structural design is feasible.
