摘要
顺义市民之家具有结构超长,水浮力较大、凹凸不规则、楼板开大洞、穿层柱等主要特点。通过温度应力分析以及构造措施解决建筑物超长问题;通过增加压重,并适当下移基础底标高的方法解决结构底板抗浮问题;通过设置抗浮锚杆的方法解决纯地下室部分的局部抗浮问题;针对结构不规则的情况,通过大量的计算分析,以及严格的抗震措施,确保了结构在地震作用下具有良好的抗震性能。
Plane overlength structure,great water buoyancy,irregular plane,large floor opening and cross-pillar are main characteristics of the Shunyi Convenience center.Temperature stress analysis and constructive measures were considered to solve the problem of plane overlength.Self-weight was increased and the foundation of the structure was moved down to solve thr problem of anti-floating.Anti-floating anchor was uesd to solve the problem of partial anti-floating.Sufficient structure analysis and seismic measures are conducted to ensure the good seismic performance under large earthquake.
