威海某办公楼项目,建筑高度为55.700m,采用框架-核心筒结构,因建筑需求中庭大开洞,如不采取相应的结构优化措施,4个核心筒之间联系相对较弱。介绍了该项目的结构设计内容,包括基础选型、地下室结构设计、上部结构优化设计,同时,对本工程在弱腐蚀环境下超长地下结构采取的一些耐久性措施进行了论述。内容可供同类工程参考。
An office building in Weihai with building height of 55.700 m is designed as frame-core wall structure.Due to the large opening of the atrium,the connection between the four cores is weak.The structure design of this building was introduced,including the selection of foundation,the structure design of basement,the upper structure optimization design.Moreover,the durability measures of the super long underground structure under weak corrosion environment was discussed.The content can be used as reference for similar projects.
