摘要 北京城市副中心某工程位于北京市通州区,毗邻地铁6号线潞城站。该项目建筑方案和结构方案经过专家层层论证。该项目基础形式采用筏板加抗拔桩,地下两层混凝土结构,地下2层为6级人防。地上各单体建筑最高7层,为钢结构。本项目全过程采用BIM软件建模出图,对BIM的应用是一种有效的探索和研究。 A project of Beijing city deputy center is located in the Tongzhou district,adjacent to the metro line 6 Lucheng Station.Its architectural plan has been discussed and approved thoroughly by specialties throughout the country.The foundation of the project has adopted raft with pull piles to resist the buoyancy.The basement part is a reinforced concrete structure,civil air defense level six,while structures above ground level are steel frames.The design process of the project was modeled by BIM technology,which is an effective exploration and research to the application of BIM.
