摘要
基于某中学校园工程设计实践,介绍了学校类建筑结构设计的特点及构造加强措施。教学实验楼有部分基础持力层为湿陷性黄土,采取可靠措施消除湿陷性影响,保证结构安全;存在局部地下室,采用在地下室外围打护坡桩的方式减小地下室承受附加水平推力作用;结合建筑使用要求,教学实验楼采用主梁加大板的楼盖形式,需验算楼盖舒适度。
Through the engineering design of a middle school,the characteristic and structural reinforcing measures of the education building were introduced.The foundation treatment method which can eliminate collapsibility of ground was also introduced.Eliminating the collapsibility can guarantee the safety of structure.Because of the existence of the partial basement,the retaining pile was needed around the basement to reduce the additional horizontal force of the basement.Combined with construction requirements,the form of girder-large slab was used in the laboratories of classrooms.The checking calculation of the floor vibration comfort was needed.
