Structural design issues of Taizhou Sports Center of China Medical City

摘要 泰州医药高新区体育中心为典型的全民健身运动类体育建筑。富有新意的建筑造型和对大跨度空间的使用需求给结构设计带来了诸多困难:大悬挑、大跨度钢桁架、空中连廊、跨层大台阶。本工程设计了突出屋面的斜拉杆+吊柱的结构形式,不增加室内结构构件而实现楼、屋盖的大悬挑。针对大跨度平面钢桁架的面外稳定问题,通过考虑初始几何缺陷的双重非线性分析,计算屋盖结构的极限承载力。对于空中连廊,重点研究了弹性支座的刚度对支座反力和位移量的影响,为支座的参数选型提供依据。跨层的大台阶对于结构刚度影响较大,设计选择层间休息平台的位置切断台阶斜板,避免在楼层间形成"斜撑"。超长且平面不规则的结构,其温度效应显著,考虑其效应组合进行设计。文中的分析均是基于总装模型进行,相关的分析结论可为具有类似复杂结构的工程设计提供参考。 Taizhou Sports Center of China Medical City is a typical sports building for national fitness movement.The creative architecture form and the demands for oversize space made various difficulties for structure design,such as large cantilevered structure,long-span steel truss,overhead corridor and big steps across two storeys.The structure form of oblique rigid bars that project the roof and hanging columns had been designed to fulfill the large cantilevered structure of floor and roof.The static stability analysis was performed to obtain the ultimate bearing capacity of roof structure with initial geometry defects and double nonlinear effects considered.The parameter analysis of stiffness of flexible bearing effecting the support reaction and displacement was researched,and the results were used to select the steel bearings.The big steps across two storeys have greater impacts on the lateral stiffness of the structure.To avoid the forming of diagonal bracing between the floors,the steps floor was cut in the elevation of rest platform.Super-length structure with irregular plane may lead to so great thermal action that it should be considered in designing with load combinations.The analysis in this article is based on the whole model,and the conclusion may be a reference for design of similar projects.
