摘要
剪力墙结构是高层居住建筑中广泛采用的一种结构形式,合理布置剪力墙以及确定墙肢长度是进行剪力墙结构设计优化的关键。结合工程实例,对剪力墙长墙开洞后形成的整体墙和联肢墙进行了结构受力性能和成本经济性分析;对同一条件下的剪力墙结构,采取了厚墙大开间和薄墙小开间的两种布置方式,并进行了成本经济性和优缺点的对比分析。得出一些结论,供广大同行参考。
Shear wall structure is widely used in high-rise residential building.A reasonable arrangement and the setting length of shear walls are the key issues in high rise shear wall structures optimization.This article is a analysis of the structural systems stress performance and the prime cost,also the advantages and disadvantages which is focusing on openings arrangement in long and thin shear wall and the spacing arrangement between in shear walls which is more thicker than long shear wall.Some conclusions were drawn for the reference.
