摘要
中航资本大厦塔楼地上43层,建筑高度220m,采用带加强层的框架-核心筒混合结构体系,结构在平面上塔楼和裙房未设置结构缝连成一体,裙房形体较复杂所以造成扭转不规则。楼板作为水平抗侧力构件,在承受和传递竖向力的同时,把水平力传递和分配给竖向抗侧力构件,协调同一楼层中竖向构件的变形,使建筑物形成一个完整的抗侧力体系。连接两个主体结构的连接板是楼板的薄弱部位,针对薄弱连接板的平面内应力分析结果进行了抗震设计,使其达到中震局部产生细微裂缝、不加修理或稍加修理就可以继续使用的设防目标。
The AVIC Capital Tower has an architectural height of 220 m with total 43 stories above ground,and the framecorewall mixed structural system with strengthened stories is used.The tower and the podium are integrated,the structure of joints is not set,in addition to the podium form is complex to cause irregular torsion.In seismic design of buildings,floors are horizontal elements of the lateral force resisting system,which play an important role in transferring and distribution of the horizontal forces generated by earthquake excitations to vertical elements of the lateral force resisting system.The linking slab,connecting two main structures at its two ends,is the weak place of the floor.The slab was designed based on the results of the analysis to ensure that thin-link slab of every floor can achieve the goal that the minor cracks can be generated under the medium earthquake and the project can be used without maintenance or repair.
