摘要
以某高层建筑事故为例,研究弹塑性方法在桩沉降计算及超静定结构分析中的适用性。分析表明:弹塑性分析方法可考虑上部结构刚度及刚度退化,计算结果较弹性方法精度高很多,可在不破坏基础的前提下获知基础高可信度的开裂情况,避免盲目增大加固工作量。在受力小的柱下设桩可能会显著增加基础的沉降差异,导致结构开裂,影响结构的耐久性和安全性。基础设计应充分考虑差异沉降的影响,进行变刚度调平设计。
Take a high-rise building as an example to study the applicability of the elastoplastic analysis on pile foundation settlement and statically indeterminate structure.The analysis results show that elastoplastic analysis can consider the stiffness and stiffness degradation of superstructure and gain more accuracy result than the elastic analysis,it can get a high credibility result of the foundation crack without destroy the foundation,and avoid increasing the reinforcing work for no purpose.The pile foundation that under the column with low load can significantly increase the differential settlement of foundation,cause structure cracking,and affect the structure durability and safety.Foundation design should fully consider the differential settlement,and make optimized design of pile foundation stiffness to reduce differential settlement.
