摘要
广州南站某商住楼为超B级高度的组合结构高层建筑,并存在扭转不规则、平面凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、竖向构件间断、承载力突变、跃层柱、高位转换等多项不规则及超限情况。采用框支剪力墙结构体系,框支柱、底部剪力墙、转换梁采用型钢组合构件。介绍了结构的超限设计,包括反应谱弹性计算、弹性时程分析、静力推覆分析、弹塑性时程分析等内容,重点介绍了高位转换对结构的影响及外伸结构之间连接板的不同布置引起的连接板应力变化。分析结果表明,内置型钢后,框支柱、底部剪力墙、转换梁的承载力及延性大大提高,工程虽存在多项不规则及超限情况,但通过细化剪力墙及转换层结构布置、细致的分析及必要的抗震构造措施,能实现结构设计所设定的C级抗震性能目标。
A commercial and residential building is a high-rise building with a high B-class height in Guangzhou South Railway Station.There are an irregular twist,plane irregularities,floor discontinuous,vertical members discontinuities,bearing capacity mutation,jump pillar,high conversion and other irregular situations and overruns in the building.The structure adopts the frame-supported shear wall structure,the frame pillar,the bottom shear wall and the conversion beam adopt the steel composite component.The structure of the overrun design was described,including the response spectrum elasticity calculation,elastic time history analysis,static push-over analysis,elastic-plastic time-history analysis and so on.The influence of the structure at high level and the stress change of the connecting plate caused by the different arrangement of the connecting plate between the extended structure were focused on.The results show that,after the builtin steel,the frame pillar,the bottom shear wall,the conversion beam bearing capacity and ductility were greatly improved.Although there are many irregular situations and overruns in the project,the C-level seismic performance target determined by the structural design can be realized by refining the structure of the shear wall and the conversion layer,the detailed analysis and the necessary seismic construction measures.
