摘要
苏宁广场D栋超限高层为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。针对其在罕遇地震作用下的反应和大跨度连廊在人行荷载激励下的楼板反应,采用YJK、ETABS及ABAQUS有限元软件对整体结构在罕遇地震作用下进行了等效大震分析和弹塑性时程分析,采用SAP2000大跨度连廊在人行荷载激励下的舒适度分析。分析结果表明:结构最大弹塑性层间位移角满足规范要求,结构满足"大震不倒"的基本要求;核心筒底部加强区域的大部分区域混凝土损伤因子基本保证0.3以下,局部区域应采用加强措施;框架柱仅局部区域出现微弱的混凝土受压损伤;核心筒连梁普遍发生屈服形成弯曲塑性铰耗能,能够达到预定的性能目标;楼板各计算点竖向自振频率及振动加速度峰值均满足规范限值要求。
Suning plaza D is a reinforced concrete frame core tube structure out-of-code high-rise building.Aiming at its response under rare earthquake and pedestrian load excitation of large span,YJK,ETABS and ABAQUS were used to whole structure with elastic-plastic time-history analysis,while comfort analysis with SAP 2000 to the large span.Results show that the maximum story drift can meet the requirements of code,which have achieved the "no collapse under rare earthquake";Most core tube at the bottom concrete damage factor below 0.3,some strengthening measures should be used in local area.Only local area appear little compression of concrete damage of column.Coupling beam bending plastic hinge formation is prevalent after yield,which can reach the specified performance targets.Floor vertical natural frequency and vibration acceleration peak value can meet the requirements of code.
