山区地基多高层建筑抗震与基础设计 被引量:3

摘要 山区场地地质状况复杂,建筑物往往依地形而建,造型多变,同时施工场地条件有限,因此,山区地基条件下的结构设计难度较高,既要满足建筑结构的安全性要求,又要满足工程造价的经济性以及施工的可行性要求。以山区某多层厂房基础及某高层建筑工程为例,对山区地基条件下高层建筑的结构设计方案的选择、应考虑的因素、山区建筑抗震设计的要点,以及基础设计方法等,进行了详细的分析和探讨。结果表明,山区建筑的重点在于基础设计及边坡处理,对于计算荷载较大的高层建筑,抗震计算也尤为重要。同时,还提供了一些实际工程经验和设计探索,可供类似工程参考。 The geological conditions of mountain base are complex.Buildings are often built according to the terrain.At the same time,the construction site conditions are limited.Thus,the structural design under mountainous site is difficult.Not only to meet the construction safety requirements,but also to meet the economics of the project cost and the feasibility of the requirements of the construction.A multi-story plant basis by mountains and a high-rise building were taken for example.The choice of mountain foundation design of a high-rise building,the factors to be considered,the gist of mountain building seismic design and basic design methods was in detail presentation and discussion.It shows that the focal point of mountain building is foundation design and slope dispose.For high-rise building that calculated load is large,seismic calculation is particularly important.At the same time,it provides some practical experience and design exploration as reference for similar projects.
