村镇建筑抗震设防与建造习惯调查研究

Investigation and research on seismic performance and construction habits for rural buildings

为提高村镇建筑抵御地震灾害的能力,设计出满足抗震构造要求、平面布局受农民欢迎、取材因地制宜、切实结合农村当地实际情况的村镇建筑,对村镇建筑抗震设防与建造习惯做了实地调研;调研采取进村入户的方式,对已建成或正在建设中的农房进行实地考察,与农民面对面交谈,了解村镇建筑抗震设防与建造现状,了解村镇建筑建设过程中存在的问题;为村镇建筑的设计提供可靠依据。

In order to improve the ability of rural buildings against earthquake disasters,to meet the seismic design requirements,the plane layout welcomed by farmers and local conditions,the rural buildings of seismic performance and construction habits were studied.Through the field investigation in rural area,the residents' dwellings which were under or after construction were researched.By talking with the residents face to face,The seismic performance and construction status quo of rural buildings were understood and analyzed,while the problems during construction process were proposed.The results also provide reliable basis for design code of rural buildings.
