摘要 大爱健康医疗中心位于河北省廊坊市。本工程抗震设防烈度8度,抗震构造措施按9度,如果采用普通结构方案,梁柱墙截面较大,地震作用也随之增大;如果采用消能减震结构方案,可有效优化建筑结构的梁柱墙截面。以一期裙房结构为例,在裙房中设置黏滞阻尼器,结构获得5%的等效附加阻尼比,分析研究了减震结构的性能优势。消能减震设计方案与普通抗震设计方案相比,使用面积增加,钢筋混凝土用量减少,结构层间剪力大幅衰减,有效提高了结构在地震作用下的抗震性能。 Da'ai health medical center is located in Langfang City,Hebei Province.The engineering seismic precautionary intensity is 8 degree,the seismic measures is 9 degree.If the general structure scheme is adopted,the cross section of the beam,column and wall is larger,and the seismic action will also increase.If the energy dissipation structure is adopted,the section of beam,column and wall can be optimized effectively.A case study of the podium structure,the viscous damper was arranged on the podium.The structural additional damping ratio was 5%.The performance advantages of the energy dissipation structure were analyzed.Compared with the general seismic design,the design scheme of energy dissipation makes the shear strength between layers decrease sharply.The seismic performance of the structure is improved effectively.
