摘要
乐清体育中心体育馆屋盖结构采用大跨度索桁式弦支体系,由上部的径向索桁体系和下部的单层自由曲面刚性壳体组成。屋盖结构矢跨比约为1/21,为改善结构性能,根据刚度设计的思想对结构进行形态分析使得结构形状与外荷载相适应。采用修正的动力松弛法对刚性壳体进行找形分析,得到的自由曲面以薄膜内力为主。应用一种新型的找形分析方法,能考虑荷载分布的影响,同时得到索桁体系的形状与预内力分布。整体结构分析结果表明,形态分析后的结构性能能够满足设计要求。
Large-span cable-truss system with roof shell is adopted in gymnasium of Yueqing sports center.The structure is composed of upper cable-truss and lower single layer free-form surface rigid shell.Rise-span ratio of the roof structure is close to 1/21.According to the idea of rigidity design,morphology analysis is conducted to the structure,making the shape of the structure be adapted to external loads.Membrane force dominates the free form surface shell,after formfinding analysis was carried out through updated dynamic relaxation method.By using a new kind of form-finding method considering the effects of external loads,the shape and pretension distribution of the cable-truss system are obtained.Calculation results show that the whole structure performance can meet the design requirements after morphology analysis completed.
