查阅图档资料,总结中国建筑设计院有限公司的建筑工业化历史和现状;在完成装配式项目和课题的基础上,总结出PC项目的设计流程,主要包含技术策划阶段、方案设计阶段、初步设计阶段、施工图设计阶段,构件加工深化图设计阶段;分别从材料、荷载组合、计算分析、构件设计、节点设计及构造等方面详细阐述了PC结构的设计方法;简述PC结构集成设计的主要内容,并探索其的具体实施方法。分析了PC体系的数据链接的必要性,并尝试不同的应用软件,寻找实现数据链接的方法。
The history and current situation of China Architectural Design Institute in terms of design drawings were summarized.Based on the completed PC engineering and research projects,a closed form design process regarding PC project was summarized,which mainly includes technical planning,conceptual design,preliminary design,detailed design for construction and prefabricated components.The design methodologies regarding PC structures were elaborated in terms of materials,load combination,calculation and analysis,design of components and nodes and detailing rules.Major contents of integrated design for PC structures were illustrated,the implementations for which were also explored.Additionally,necessity of data link in PC system was analyzed,which is achieved by adopting different software.
