大型商业广场预制装配式结构设计

Prefabricated structure design of large commercial palaza

根据预制率不低于30%的土地出让条件,结合商业广场的建筑特点,上海颛桥万达采用了装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架结构,并首次在大型商业建筑中探索采用预制预应力双T板技术,取得了良好的综合效益。本文围绕颛桥万达项目的 PC设计,介绍了多种预制装配式方案的选型、双T板在商业建筑中的适用性、预制构件连接的设计,为商业建筑的预制装配式设计提供了实际的案例。

Following the land sale condition which requires no less than 30% precast ratio and concerning the commercial building characteristic,the prefabricated integral concrete frame structure was applied in Shanghai Zhuanqiao Wanda Plaza,in which double-T precast slab was firstly used in large commercial architectures and finally proved economical.Focusing on the structural design of this project,the author introduced multiple precast plans comparison,practicability of double-T precast slab in commercial building and the PC joint design,provided real cases for the prefabricate frame structure application in commercial center.
