摘要
近年来我国经济建设高速发展,产业结构加速转型,重工业逐步迁出一线城市,建国初期建成的一些老旧工业建筑已经不能满足现代社会的使用需求,工业建筑的改造加固再利用已经成为市场热点。本项目工业厂房于2006年停产,改造后作为办公楼使用。根据既有建筑物的实际情况和结构特点,结合办公楼的使用功能要求,运用结构综合抗震能力分析方法和多种加固手段,在保持原有建筑风貌的前提下,实现了提高建筑抗震能力和改变建筑使用功能的目的。
The rapid development of China 's economic construction in recent years accelerates the transformation of industrial structure.Heavy industry gradually moved out of the first-tier cities.Some old industrial buildings built in the initial stage of new China have been unable to meet the needs of modern society.Reconstruction of industrial buildings has become a hot market.The industrial workshop of the project was shut down in 2006,and will be used as an office building after reconstruction.According to the actual situation and structural characteristics of the existing building,combined with the functional requirements of office buildings,using the method of structural comprehensive seismic capacity analysis and various reinforcement methods.Under the premise of maintaining the original architectural style,the purpose of improving the seismic capacity of buildings and changing the use function of buildings are realized.
