摘要
某研发楼为满足建筑立面效果和功能要求,抽取东南角1~3层的两根柱,采用悬挑叠层空腹桁架结构。因该结构的传力途径不连续、构件受力复杂,临时支撑拆除过程中需要实时掌控结构的受力及变形状态,且临时支撑拆除后悬挑部位可能存在人致振动问题,常规计算分析难以达到保证结构安全舒适的目的。因此,本工程在施工过程中,采用健康监测的手段对悬挑空腹桁架关键部位的受力及变形进行实时监测,对结构安全隐患及时提供预警,并通过振动测试对该悬挑结构的舒适性进行评估。详细介绍了该工程的健康监测系统,并对支撑拆除前后悬挑空腹桁架的受力、变形、振动等监测结果进行阐述分析。
To meet the demands of elevation effects and utility,two columns from the ground floor to the third floor at the southeastern corner are removed and cantilevered laminated vierendeel truss is adopted in a development building.Without brief and definite force transfer path,the internal force and deformation of the structure shall be under control when temporary supports are dismantled.In addition,there may be a human induced serviceability problem after temporary supports are removed.Conventional theory analysis and calculation is hard to ensure the structure safe and serviceable.Hence,the structural health monitoring system is introduced to monitor real-time internal force and deformation of the structure in construction and alarm for hidden troubles.Vibration test is carried out for serviceability assessment.It introduces the structural health monitoring system used in the project and discusses the relevant monitoring results such as strain,deformation and vibration.
